New American Talent/Dance

Stephen Mills' nationally renowned biennial choreographic project New American Talent/Dance returns for the third time in late March, at the AustinVentures StudioTheater. It’s a groundbreaking choreographic competition that features three of the top emerging choreographers in the nation, three internationally-renowned judges, and live audience voting.

Culinary Masters Dinner And Silent Auction

As a part of Austin’s 25th Anniversary of the Texas Hill Wine and Food Festival Celebrating Noted Chef Elmar Prambs (of TRIO restaurant in Austin) will host a gourmet multi-course dinner with each course expertly paired with various wines. Three other tops chefs from all over the state will join Chef Elmar and TRIO’s dessert alchemist, Naomi Gallego, in creating dishes that will both delight the palate and push the envelope. A Champagne reception precedes the seated dinner under the stars on the Four Seasons Hotel beautiful lakeside lawn.
Events runs Thursday, April 15 from 6:30 PM - 10:00 PM and tickets go for $150.00 per person.

Zilker Garden Festival 2010

Saturday, March 27 & Sunday, March 28
10am - 5pm daily

Zilker Garden Festival has been spreading green for more than 50 years!  When spring arrives in Austin and Central Texas, folks head to Zilker Botanical Garden for a one-stop, garden-shopping experience.  Plan to arrive early and bring your wagon. Shop with vendors selling plants, garden-themed arts and crafts, pottery, and unique jewelry. Add to the mix—live music, gardening talk, the annual Flower Show, and always fun Kids Corner.
Proceeds from Zilker Garden Festival benefit the activities of the Austin Area Garden Council and Zilker Botanical Garden.
