Hank Bailey is a REALTOR and an Associate Broker with Keller Williams Realty Greater Athens. As a lifelong resident of Athens, Hank decided to stay at home in Athens and attend the University of Georgia where he graduated in 1996 with a BBA from the Terry College of Business. In 2008 he also became the Real Estate Columnist for The Oconee Leader. At the Leader he shares thoughts regarding everything from how to avoid typical mistakes that sellers can and will make in the selling process to conversations about Home Staging, understanding when working with Realtors of who is representing you and who is “not,” and other pertinent information for the Athens Georgia area real estate market to help consumers understand how to buy and sell with confidence.

Hank is also the author of the “Athens GA Homes” real estate blog where his blog ranks in the top 1200 blogs tracked by Icerocket.com.  He has also has had several featured posts on Trulia.com where his advice on real estate topics has been highlighted.
