Have you just started running, or are you thinking about starting to run? Join us to meet other new runners and prepare for an upcoming 5K run in Blount County! All ability levels are welcome, but the class is designed for BEGINNER level runners. We'll make the idea of running fun! Each week we will meet for a brief lecture followed by a run. Lecture topics covered will include nutrition, hydration, stretching, shoes & gear, motivation, safety, and race day etiquette.
