Prescott Free Naturalistic Walks!

Spark your "natural" curiosity with our trained volunteer Naturalists as they take you on a journey through the Central Arizona Highlands! Each FREE Walk can be up to 1 and a half hours long, and Naturalists can adapt walks to participant's needs and desires.

The Highlands Center offers three varieties of Walks. Saturday Walks and Evening walks are both at the Center's own Lynx Creek Site, and a special Wednesday Walk is every first and third Wednesday at select city trails. Always remember, dress for the weather (layers are best) and wear comfortable walking shoes. Bring your own water and sun protection.

New Thursday walks starting in June!

Start times for Thursday, Saturday and Wednesday walks:

March - April: Walks begin at 10AM

May - August: Walks begin at 8AM

There will be no walks on April 30 or September 3 due to special events (visit our calendar for details)!

September - November: Walks begin at 10AM

Saturday Walks (and Thursday walks starting in June!) - Located at the Highlands Center
